By purchasing and using Defense With Owen, you agree to the following: programs are sold as one-time digital purchases granting access to the purchased program's content. Access is personal to your account and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

A purchase is a single payment, not a subscription, and nothing renews or charges again. Your access length is the one shown on the pricing and checkout pages when you buy. For the 21-Day Lockdown Defender Program it is 30 days from the completed purchase, and it is not extended automatically. Training days open one at a time: the next day opens on the calendar day after you finish the one before it. Training days are released over time; each day can be trained once it has been released.

Training content is provided for general fitness and skill-development purposes. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. You participate in all workouts at your own risk.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us if you have a problem with your purchase. If a full refund is issued, access to the program ends when the refund is processed.
